Soft phone Upgrade for TSP

 

You could be given a warning box that has several buttons of “Run”, “Save” or “Cancel” (boxes vary by computer): Choose “Run” to start the upgrade.

 

You may be asked to choose a language – select English

 

Choose next

 

Select to upgrade from whatever version you have installed.

 

Select finish and reboot your computer if you are asked to do so, if not then you can launch your soft phone and if it was working before the system upgrade then it should work now.

 

If you do not get a line to select when the phone launches then click on the 3rd button of the phone and go to the advanced tab and put in your Novell user id and passcode and then select Update to get a line.
